MAC AND CHEESE

Nothing is more popular among the young ones. Nothing tastes more cheesy and creamy. Nothing is easier to put together. There’s nothing like the classic mac and cheese. Loved by kids across the world, the classic item served at most birthday parties, the one meal you know your kids will eat even on a difficult day, here’s presenting our recipe of Macaroni and Cheese. Mostly, we stick to the classic style. You don’t want to mess up something that has stayed popular across decades and borders. However, we do add a flavor here and there to make this dish go from delicious to super delicious.

PREP 25 mins

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

2 cups macaroni pasta
½ slab cheddar cheese (shredded)
½ slab processed cheese (shredded)
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

LETS COOK IT UP!

Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and set aside. In a pot, melt the butter, add the milk, cream, cheese, herbs, dried basil and heat through. Take off gas, mix in the pasta and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Simply yum!
