OPEN FACED TURKEY SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

1 slice bread of your choice
2 slices of turkey (cooked)
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon hummus
1 tablespoon low fat mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

LETS COOK IT UP!

First, mix the mustard, hummus and mayo in a bowl. Spread in on the bread. Now, place the lettuce leaves, followed by the tomato slices and then the turkey slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Big bite and pure delight!
