GRILLED VEGETABLES

Follow our recipe and dish this out quickly to create a surrounding aura of deliciousness.

PREP: 30 mins

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

16 sticks asparagus
2 cups eggplants (sliced)
2 cups zucchini (sliced)
1 cup onions (sliced)
2 cups peppers (chopped into big pieces)
8 tomatoes (halved)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh herbs
3 tablespoons dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

LETS COOK IT UP:

First, mix the olive oil, herbs, oregano, salt and pepper thoroughly in a bowl. Marinate the vegetables in this mix for 10 mins. Grill until cooked. Keep checking your vegetables to see if they are cooked as the time to cook varies for each vegetable. Serve hot.
