Deliciously baked to sweet goodness, with plentiful vanilla flavour and topped off with crunchy walnuts. To please the health buffs, this recipe replaces sugar with brown sugar. In this particular case though, healthier means tastier. Make a loaf and you will boast about your culinary skills for quite a while. Just remember one important tip for this recipe – always use over ripe bananas, the peel should always be brown and the bananas should be slightly brown on the inside too. Ensure this, and you can’t go wrong.
