POMEGRANATE JUICE

With the summers slipping in, this is a nice drink to help you cool off as well boost your energy levels. Its beneficial in a number of medical conditions like high cholesterol and iron deficiency. Keep this recipe handy to beat the summer heat.

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups fresh pomegranate,
1 cup water or 1 bowl of ice crushed.
sugar if needed.

LETS COOK IT UP!

Take all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Refrigerate and serve.
