HERBED LABNEH

Labneh, a delicious strained yogurt makes a tasty recipe for a dip. Add some herbs to it to increase its nutrient value and also to use it as a great dip.

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS

1 box of labneh (low fat variety also works great)
Salt and pepper
1 roasted garlic crushed
A mix of herbs thyme, oregano, parsley
1 tbs lime juice

LETS COOK IT UP!

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Refrigerate and serve with chips, pita bread or breadsticks.
