CARROT JUICE

This low sugar – alkaline juice contains a number of antioxidants and minerals making it a healthy recipe to boost immunity. This juice gives the body a comforting warmth on cold winter evenings.

INGREDIENTS

6 medium carrots, grated
pinch of turmeric and cinnamon
a small piece of ginger
1/2 cup water
lemon slice peeled

LETS COOK IT UP!

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve.
