This one pot dish is a family favorite. Plus its always easy on the wallet with left over chicken, vegetables and ramen noodles.
PREP 40 mins
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 piece of fresh ginger, chopped
5 spring onions, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 broccoli, chopped
2 chicken breast, pieces
250 g noodles
freshly ground black pepper
1-2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs fish sauce
LETS COOK IT UP!
Cook the noodles and sprinkle some olive oil on it and set aside.
Coat the chicken with some pepper and place it in the pan with some oil and cook until brown.
Add the ginger, garlic and coriander and let it cook.
Then add the carrots, broccoli, onions and let it continue to cook.
Add the chili and both the sauces and let it cook.
Add the noodles to this mix and toss all the ingredients.
Serve with lime.
