CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Craving a hot cup of simmering chicken soup? Nothing is more comforting than this simple recipe that comes together in just 25 minutes.

PREP 25 mins

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of chicken broth
1 tray of chicken pieces
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 cups wheat noodles
2 tbsp corn
4 mushrooms
2 spring onions chopped
3 tsp soya sauce

LETS COOK IT UP!

In a pan add the chicken broth, chicken pieces and ginger and garlic. Let it simmer until the chicken is tender.

Once the chicken is tender remove it from the broth, shred it and add it back to the broth.

Then add the remaining ingredients and let it cook for 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.

Garnish with mint or basil. Serve with extra soya sauce if needed.
