This delicious recipe is just a ticket on a chilly winter evening, and guess what? Its inexpensive too. Serve it with some bread.

PREP 20 mins



1 onion chopped,
2 garlic cloves, chopped,
1 big cauliflower, chopped,
1 tbsp olive oil,
1 large potato, chopped,
vegetable stock,
half cup cream
salt and pepper to taste
herbs (optional)


In a pan take some oil, and saute the onions and garlic over medium heat.

Add the cauliflower and potato to the pan and cook for one to two minutes.

Add the vegetable stock and let it simmer.

Remove from the pan and blend it in a mixer.

Add it back to the pan and add some cream and salt and pepper. Throw in the herbs if needed.
