Its a tasty recipe, with a magical combinations of asian flavors and fragrances, making the recipe hunger inducing. Luckily its a quick and easy stir fry.

PREP 45 mins



4 chicken breast, diced into small pieces
a bunch of green beans, cut into small pieces
4 kaffir lime leaves, chopped
2-3 tablespoons red curry paste
1-2 teaspoons fish sauce,
1/2-1 teaspoons sugar,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Add oil to the pan and add the curry paste. Cook for less than a minute.

Add the chicken tossing it well and coating the chicken with the paste.

Once the chicken is cooked add sugar and some water.

Add the fish sauce and beans and cook for 3 minutes. Add the lime leaves.

Serve with rice.
