Crusty and delicious herbed potato wedges that can be fried or roasted make a great substitute to French Fries. A perfect evening snack or a side to accompany your grilled chicken and burgers.
PREP 45 mins
4 large potatoes
3-4 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh rosemary, oregano, thyme
½ teaspoon black pepper
LETS COOK IT UP!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C.
Cut the potatoes into wedges. The size of the wedges could be of your choice.
In a bowl add the remaining ingredients. Toss them together with the potatoes making sure all the potatoes are coated well.
Add the potatoes to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
