GUACAMOLE

An avocado based dip, which is a part of the modern mexican cuisine, has now also become a part of the american cuisine as a dip, condiment or salad ingredient.

SERVES 5

INGREDIENTS

3 avocados ,mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2  tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper 

LETS COOK IT UP!

In a large bowl, mash all the ingredients together.

Serve along with chips or add to salads.
