1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 4 tsp Thai green curry paste
400ml can coconut milk
2 tsp Thai fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
450g boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 fresh kaffir lime leaves finely shredded
good handful of basil leaves
LETS COOK IT UP!
In a large pan take some oil and throw in the garlic and let it cook.
Add the curry paste and the coconut milk and let it cook till it just starts to boil.
Next, add the fish sauce, sugar and the chicken and cook for 8 minutes.
Now add the limes leaves and then the basil and cook only for one minute.
Serve with rice.
