1 1/2 pound beef steak
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
2 sliced onions
1 chopped garlic
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups beef flavored broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup  flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream


Cut beef across the grain into pieces.

In a pan cook onion, mushrooms, garlic and butter until the onions are brown and set aside

Add the beef to the same pan and add 1 cup of the broth and sauce and let it boil.

Add the remaining broth to the flour and stir in to the onion mixture and add the beef.

Put the sour cream in the mixture and cook for 1 – 2 minutes but do not let it boil.
