A tasty and easy recipe for all avocado lovers who are looking for a quick snack.
PREP 5 mins
4 slices of bread, multigrain, whole wheat or your choice,
fresh lime juice
salt to taste
coarse ground pepper
crushed red pepper
other herbs of your choice,(oregano, thymes, chives)
LETS COOK IT UP!
Toast your bread.
Scoop out the avocado. Cut it into slices.
Add the lime and salt and pepper. Add all the herbs and red pepper and mix.
Place the avocado on toasted bread and serve.
