1 bag puff corn
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking soda
LETS COOK IT UP!
Combine water, corn syrup, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a sauce pan and bring to boil for four minutes.
Add baking soda to this mixture. It will foam.
Coat the corn puffs with this mixture.
Now place this in a baking tray and at 250 degrees C let it bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
