One of the favorite combinations with cream and yet so easy to make. Dig into this beautiful recipe.
PREP 1 hour
2 to 2.25 cups heavy whipping cream
2 large mangoes or 1 cup mango puree
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅓ to ½ cup sugar
LETS COOK IT UP!
Chop the mangoes. Add the vanilla extract and sugar to the mixture and blend well till you get a smooth pulpy texture.
Whip the cream well till you get soft peaks.
Add the cream to the pulp and mix well and place it in a tray or a bowl to freeze.
When its half frozen remove the mixture and again whisk the mixture for 2 minutes.
Place it back in the tray and freeze.
