A perfect frozen, fruity treat to cool u down this summer.
PREP 25 mins
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 cups raspberries, sliced
1/4-cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup white corn syrup
LETS COOK IT UP!
Bring the water and sugar to boil for 3 minutes. Let it boil till the sugar dissolves completely. Keep aside till it completely cools down.
In a processor, add raspberries and lime juice and let it blend. Pass this puree through a strainer. Add this to the cooled sugar and water.
Put the corn syrup in this mixture and place it in an ice cream maker and let it churn.
Remove and freeze overnight.
