WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE POPS

Celebrate your child’s birthday, a housewarming or any occasion with these easy to make cake pops, that are absolutely delicious.

SERVES 22

INGREDIENTS

long plastic lollipop sticks
1/2 x 600g iced white chocolate mud cake
375g packet white chocolate melts
choice of sprinkles for decoration

LETS COOK IT UP!

Remove and discard the icing from the cake and break into small pieces. Continue breaking into small pieces till you obtain a crumbled mix.

Take 2/3 cup of the chocolate and melt it for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave and continue to stir it every 30 seconds in order to make it smooth. Mix this chocolate with the cake mix.

Take a spoon of the mix and roll into a ball and place it on the lined baking tray. Continue to do the same with the remaining mix.

Take ¼ cup of chocolate and heat it the same way mentioned above. Dip 2 cm of each lollipop stick into the chocolate and then push it inside the cake balls.

Freeze the balls until they are firm.

Take 1/3 cup of chocolate and melt it the same way as above and now dip the cake balls into the chocolate. Place the chocolates in the foam and let them stand for ten minutes.

Take the remaining chocolate and melt it similarly. Add the sprinkles in it and dip your cake balls in the mixture again. Let it stand for 10 minutes
