A yummy marriage of spinach and blue cheese, that contributes to the great taste of the pasta. Obviously the butter just gives it an added flavor.
PREP 30 minutes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch of spinach
1 bowl of tagliatelle
2 tablespoons butter,
1/4 pound good blue cheese, crumbled
LETS COOK IT UP!
In a large pot, take the pasta and bring to boil.
Chop the spinach and wash well.
Add the spinach to the pasta and the water and let it cook till it wilts. Drain the mix.
Place the pasta and the spinach in a pan and add cheese and butter and cook well. Add salt and pepper to taste
