SWEET CHILLI THAI DIP

Use this lip smacking sauce with spring rolls, appetizers or you can even toss in your noodles and rice to make a lovely meal.

 

PREP 15 MINS

SERVES 24

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
1 cup rice vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced hot chile pepper, minced
2 teaspoons ketchup

LETS COOK IT UP!

In a sauce pan, pour water and vinegar and bring to boil.

To this add all the remaining ingredients except the corn starch and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Now add the corn starch. Remove the pan and let it cool down.

You can refrigerate it for months together and use it as and when required.
