ROASTED STUFFED MUSHROOMS

A delicious and easy to prepare recipe, that can be an appetizing side dish for all mushroom lovers.

SERVES  4

PREP  30 mins

INGREDIENTS

12 large portobello mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil,
1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
1 teaspoon minced garlic
a bunch of basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
a pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoons white wine
1/4 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
2 tablespoons bread crumbs

LETS COOK IT UP!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Remove the mushroom stems from the mushroom and keep them aside. In a pan add some oil and place the mushrooms with the rounded side up. Add 2 tablespoon of the olive oil and let it cook for one minute.

In another pan add the mushrooms stems, diced into small pieces and to that add the remaining ingredients except the chees and bread crumbs.

After removing the pan from the mix add the cheese and the bread crumbs to the mix and fill the mushrooms with it. Place the mushrooms on a baking tray and add them to the oven for 15 minutes.
